Chief Executive Officer

Rohit Kshetrapal

Rohit Kshetrapal is co-founder and CEO of Tegile Systems. Kshetrapal has spent the past two decades leading small entrepreneurial teams to successful technology companies. Prior to Tegile, Rohit co-founded and was president of Perfigo. He led the network admission control company to profitability before its acquisition by Cisco Systems in 2005. Kshetrapal also co-founded Webvibe and Brience. At Brience, he served as Executive Vice President of professional services. Brience was acquired by Syniverse in 2003 and Webvibe was acquired by KPMG in 1999. Early in his career, he was a national partner for E-Business at KPMG. Rohit received a Masters of Science and B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Denver.

Chief Technology Officer

Rajesh Nair

Rajesh Nair is co-founder and CTO of Tegile Systems. Nair brings over 19 years of engineering and product development experience to Tegile. Rajesh leads technology and product development of Tegile’s intelligent flash array portfolio. Prior to Tegile, Nair was CTO and Vice President of Engineering at Perfigo, a leading network admission control solutions company that was acquired by Cisco Systems. Post acquisition he continued to lead the development of Cisco’s NAC Appliance products. Prior to Perfigo, Rajesh held senior management positions in engineering at Brience and Sun Microsystems.

Chief Financial Officer

Ian Edmundson

Ian Edmundson has served as CFO for Tegile Systems since May 2012. Edmundson helped lead the company’s series C funding round. Prior to Tegile, Ian served as CFO for venture-funded technology companies such as Host Analytics, readMedia and Transera Communications. He received an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University – Leonard N. Stern School of Business and holds a B.A. in Sociology from Bates College.

Chief Marketing Officer

Narayan Venkat

As Chief Marketing Officer, Narayan Venkat brings more than 20 years of marketing and product management experience to Tegile Systems. In this role, Venkat leads the overall marketing organization that includes product marketing, product management, corporate communications, channel marketing and demand generation. Before joining Tegile, Narayan served as Vice President of products and marketing for Violin Memory. Prior to Violin, he was Vice President of the cloud infrastructure business unit at VMware, Earlier leadership experience include senior marketing roles at LSI Corporation’s Engenio Storage Group, OnStor, NetApp and Intel. Venkat received his Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University and his M.B.A. from the Booth School of Business at The University of Chicago.

Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales

David Bangs

As Tegile’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, David Bangs leads global sales and field operations. Bangs career in data storage spans 22 years and is highlighted by his leadership role at LeftHand Networks. David served as Vice President of Sales, taking the iSCSI SAN software leader from beta shipment to more than 3,000 production customers and over 10,000 systems sold. His efforts resulted in 24 consecutive quarters of growth, over $100M in annualized sales and positioning in Gartner’s Cool Vendor and Magic Quadrant, prior to its acquisition by HP in 2008. Earlier roles include Vice President of Sales at Fusion I/O, Quantum, and NexGen Storage. Bangs received a B.A. in business from London South Bank University.

Vice President of Customer Support

Pat Petroskey

As Vice President of Customer Support, Pat Petroskey is accountable for the vision, strategy and execution of Tegile’s customer experience. Pat comes to Tegile with over 18 years of global customer service and support organization experience. She served as Sr. Director of global systems technology support at Oracle and Sun Microsystems. Pat’s earlier companies include management roles at StorageTek and SGI. She holds a B.A. in business management from Madonna University.

Vice President of Human Resources and Recruiting

Venkatesh Gomatam

As Vice President of Human Resources and Recruiting, Venkatesh brings over twenty years of industry experience to Tegile Systems. Venkatesh leads the human resources management and talent acquisition function for the company. Prior to Tegile systems, Venkatesh ran a Silicon Valley-based boutique recruiting practice. He also brings several years of experience in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Partner Management and Operations roles at companies like Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) and Inktomi. Venkatesh received his M.A in Communications from Ohio State University.
