I recently had a chance to speak with Tim Roche, head of IT at Boyes Turner LLC, a full-service, top-200 law firm in Reading, England. While the economy of Reading is diverse, the city has a long history of successful technology businesses and now hosts major sites with both Oracle and Microsoft.
When Mr. Roche joined Boyes Turner a couple years ago, the firm had been conservatively managing aging technology resources and needed to quickly modernize it’s infrastructure and some of it’s line of business applications. Among their key technologies are legal applications from Thomson Reuters, VMware and Tegile. The two minute video below quickly summarizes Tim’s perspective on the business at Boyes Turner as well as their decision to replace aging EqualLogic kit with Tegile. More information on their deployment of Tegile can be found here.
